Yes Chris...Really...we were talking about PB&J not pants... [Razz]

I mean I could have said: Lady pilot who fly upside-down in airplane have hairy crack-up. But, it wouldn't be appropriate since it has nothing to do with the subject. [Big Grin]

We have an interesting point here in the fact that in Australia the meaning of the word "jelly" may be different to the US.
"Jelly, jelly, jelly, jelly stays on my mind."
- Billy Eckstine, "Stormy Monday Blues"

He ain't talking about something with pectin in it.

Dear Randy.
Thank you for the clarification regards the different meaning of jelly. It can be confusing when the same word has a different meaning in other countries.
As a matter of interest on another point, how did the saga of moving the toilet pan and plumbing turn out?
Regards, John Spooner.

Bathroom turned out OK. I got my Stepfather (general housing contractor) to come over and give us an "estimate" on how much it would take to do the job. Once he started adding up all the dollar signs my wife said, "Forget about it!".

I simply put down a couple of sheets of 1/4 inch underlayment, installed a nice self-adhesive vinyl tile floor, cut a hole for the pipe and replaced the toilet in its old location. Everything looks beautiful!

Of course we WON'T mention that I talked to my Stepdad on the phone beforehand, told him that I DIDN'T want to move the toilet and asked him to ham it up a bit! [evil]

So... That's how I got myself out of that JAM!
(Had to weave the topic sentence in there somewhere!) [Big Grin]

My church youth group had a game night where we had to write detailed instructions for making a PB&J sandwich, and then we had to make it according to our own instructions. So, I--being the asshole/geek that I was(?) at the time--wrote the following on the paper.

START
RUN RTRVBRED.BAS
RUN SPREADPB.BAS
RUN SPRDJLLY.BAS
RUN BRD2GTHR.BAS
RUN ETSAMICH.BAS
END

I went on a workcamp with the same group, since I was a "senior" I was made a group leader.

I was always the last person to the lunch cooler, and for some reason (I'm sure out of personal revenge) the kitchen crew always made 5 PB&J sandwiches and 20 Cheese (One slice of yellow american between 2 slices of Wonder bread) apparently one of the adults believed that a cheese sandwich was a fine and dandy lunch for people working outside all day in the AZ sun tearing down a building with electric screwdrivers, sledgehammers and willpower.

...

I like my sandwiches wrapped in waxed paper, plastic wrap will do, if it's all that's available, but I prefer waxed paper.

I had the best roast beef sandwich I ever ate today. I got it at a Sheetz on my way home from Warren, PA and I ordered it digitally, so it's a billion-- no! a TRILLION times better than any sandwich I order the regular, old-fashioned, analog, speaking-with-a-real-person way at Subway. From now on I'm driving the 150+ miles just to get to that sheetz station on my lunch break! (Actually the sandwich was quite tasty.)

I like PB and Miracle Whip. It's best if you go easy on the PB.

Scoff (or [puke] ) if you want, but don't knock it till you've tried it!

That's the formulation for Century gear grease. Gordon & Mark can probably confirm.

miracle whip & peanute butter? ewwwwwwwwww [Razz]
Don't mind me, I don't like miracle whip / mayonaise ... they have their uses*, I just don't like 'em on sandwiches!

I'm a fan of the [crunchy] peanut butter & [mashed] banana sandwich. Yum!!
Then again, peanut butter & honey is a good combo.
And if you dig on fluff - that goes well with pb too.

* Something you may have never thought to put Miracle Whip in - Chocolate Cake!

~2 cups of flour
~1 cup of sugar
~4 heaping tablespoons of baking cocoa
~2 teaspoons of baking soda
~1 cup of miracle whip
~1 cup of cold water

Mix 'em all together, beat until smooth, pour into a greased & floured 9"x13" baking pan - or two 8" round cake pans - bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
Allow to cool before frosting.

And speaking of frosting, this one is easy & yummy (sorry Rachel)! [eyes]
Peanut Butter Frosting!

~ 1/3 cup of [smooth] peanut butter
~ 3 cups confectioners' sugar
~ 1/3 cup of milk
~ 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring or almond extract

Mix 'em all together until smooth, occasionally, a twisker more moo juice might be needed to get the frosting to a consistancy that's spreadable, too much though, and it will be quite runny.

Cooking and baking are so much fun. [Big Grin]
