But then I got a Scoopic and the battery power drive beat the heck outta that Wind-Up Key! Plus it had a zoom lens rather than a turret! (BTW Jon, YOU didn't get my goat! They all have stories to tell just like some that happened in the movie(really). I learned photgraphy from my dad who was in charge of the darkroom work and crime scene photos. Those accident photos back then were bad..... no safety glass in autos in them days. ___________________________________ I used to repair Scopics when I worked at Canon USA. They were built pretty well although not as beefy as the B&H. It did have great optics and 400 foot magazine capabilities in the 16M model. There were also attachments to make the lens more wide angle attachments(aspheric W.A. attachment) and extended telephoto attachments.
