Okay, Brad. Sit back and chuckle. It took me this long to figure it out. [Roll Eyes]

Joe, I think someone else has surpassed you at sadistic humor. [Razz]

I'm jealous of Daryl C. W. O'Shea because not only does he have two middle initials, he's managed NOT to reveal what they stand for.

"Country Western?"

"Carl Wilson?"

"Charlie Weaver?"

You see mark has no reason to be jealous. He has lived a full life and had a lot of fun and done some amazing things, unlike the rest of us who spend all damn day cooped up inside our little wholes (yep I spelled it that way) never seeing the light of day.

I hereby retract my jealousness of the following people...

Brad Miller ,Because he knows Joe Redifer.. poor man..

Mark Gulbrandsen ,Because he is the shiznizzle (dear god did I just do that?)

John Pytlak ,because he IS CAP CODE..> AUGH!!! [Eek!]

and finally however I leave the following on my jealous list...

Thomas P. (I wont even bother spelling his last name), for the simple reason that he is the only person so far that can take my good natured abuse with only a mild electrical shock to the temples.

CIAO

It is true, I am really not jealous of anyone here. The reality is that are a few here that I do admire very much. I guess for me, being jealous of someone just doesn't generally enter the picture.

So here are a few that I hold in high regard and admire, and the reasons......

Brad Miller... For starting and maintianing this site and for inventing Filmguard and patenting it.

John Pytlak... For his incredible knowledge and all his acomplishments at EKC.

Ray Derrick... For having the guts to continue building the best analog Cinema processor available when all else have gone down the dismal digital highway.

Steve Guttag... For the perfectness in just about all he does.

Gord Mcleod... For rescuing a friend during a bad time of his life, and for the exactness he imparts in his work. Been there seen it, worked with him, and so on....

These four by far contribute the most to this site overall simply through their posts. Take away these four and not much is left.

Thanks Mark. [Roll Eyes] We ALL contribute to the site, Film-Tech wouldn't be the same if the same members were not present. We just all have different "quirks" that make this site so popular, useful, and I dare say...fun.

Yes, some contribute more then others but I wouldn't say not much is left if those four were not with us, with the exception of Brad because then there wouldn't be a site. [Wink]

Rachel,
You are right... I was thinking in terms technically. So I will start a new thread "What do you contribute to Film- Tech".
