I believe Brad should just bite the bullet and BAN anyone who doesn't have a member photo.

I believe one must make allowances for people who simply don't want their picture on the internet.

I believe going beyond gentle persuasion will just encourage people to send in fake pictures so they can have their privacy and still participate. I believe that would be worse than the current situation.

That was my (sarcastic) point, I guess. Clearly, members without photos are a thorn in the mods' side and I was attempting to make a funny. Should've used a [Big Grin] .

I believe Steve's post should have been directed at me via private email, per the rules of this site.

Regardless, anyone who participates THAT MUCH and won't bother to put forth a tiny effort to send in a picture of themself, or at least email me with a reason (yes there are valid reasons), is being disrespectful. As Joe would say "anyone who disagrees with this is wrong."

is this a valid reason: I hate the way I look when photographed?

I believe you should re-state that in the form of a belief!

Playing with a webcam, I believe I tend to look too glum.

I believe I got a double post, automatic protections or not.

I believe I will take this opportunity to post something funny I saw on alt.tv.commercials. I believe I don't know if true or not.

quote:
Anyone noticed Taco Bell and Imodium use the same music? The Imodium commercial with the guy and girl in the music store with headphones on, "Where will you be when your diarrhea comes back?" Its the same music Taco Bell has in all their ads. Genius!

Now, who can argue with that, huh? I believe I agree!

BTW Jason and you other no-pic-guys, count yourself lucky! I have suffered big-time at the whims of Brad and Joe and Adam that seem to get a thrill outta posting the worse pics of me they can find and/or PhotoShop. What a bunch of jerks! Them, NOT me!

I believe in the power of Photoshop. I believe that most people don't like the way they look, period; let alone how pictures capture their likenesses. I believe that pictures on ANY website make for a healthier, happier, well-adjusted internet. But I believe that content is important before ornament.

And I believe this site has it all!

I believe that my Sony Cybershot digital camera purchase over a year ago was a wise investment. And I believe I should be making more use of its mpeg-recording capabilities.

I also, truly, believe that Phil is not a jerk. [beer]
