I believe that none of these damn tourists knows how to pronounce "Tchoupitoulas Street". I believe that any Mardi Gras observance which does not some how involve Moon Pies is empty & meaningless, not that Mardi Gras is supposed to mean anything anyway, besides walking around half blitzed & making a racket as per the intiating Mardi Gras example of Michael Kraft & the Cowbellion De Rakin Society.
