The major difference between the ones you posted and the cool Sega glasses is that the Sega glasses flicked back and forth 60 times per second. Your glasses aren't fast enough to produce a true 3D effect. That pic is symbolic. The alternations are slowed down so as to be able to illustrate and convey how that system operates. I SURE the heck wouldn't commit suicide over that...
