Yes, every now and then those shows are worth gold. [thumbsup]

Here's Dean Martin and Victor Borge doing Victor's classic Phonetic Punctuation.

Yes, the first time I heard Borge's "Phonetic Punctuation" was in the early 60's on a comedy record that he had made..and that was the funniest thing to hear.

One has to check out his original story in this segment on YouTube...then one has to chek out his followup. being the Inflationary Language plus, watchin all of Borge's videos in this segment. Classic viewing.

EDIT: Paul Pott's performance of "Nessun Dorma" from "Turnadot" by Puccini was absolutely fantastic! Makes you hope that Pavarotti gave him applause as well.- Monte

The phone salesman makes it into the semi finals with this act. It's cruddy quality, but...

For those interested, he's made it into the final tonight (Sunday). He's up against this guy.

No prizes for guessing who'll win.

And now:

Rick Redmond, Extreme Unicyclist

Youtube version (Letterboxed)

Quicktime 7 - 44.5 MB

Windows Media - 53.4 MB (slightly less "blown out" than the QT)

CNN has already expressed interest and bits may air soon. And I'll probably get the local media involved as they love those "people from Colorado who are actually interesting" type of stories.
This here on Film-Tech is the unofficial "world premiere", because Film-Tech is all about the unicycles.

I value quality, so no Flash video. There will be a future Youtube version that looks like ass, though.

America's answer to Basil Fawlty on a bad day...

"When was this building built? The '40s? This is where the plug goes ... RIGHT HERE!" [Big Grin]

Looks like he's been having a bit too much of that coffee.
