It started out as a project to document film projection while I still can, but so far I only have footage of this booth in HD so I had to make this video confined to one theater for now. Here it is: Click here for 480p Quicktime - 26.6 MB - 24fps - Quick and dirty encode Click here for 720p Quicktime - 150 MB I think - 24fps - Nice encode --YES, I know about the missing screw on the sound drum closure and the bent roller on the failsafe causing the film to come off the feed out sprocket oddly, but when I am not there this is a manager run booth with Strong equipment and as a result shit happens... often. I would still like to complete the original intention of this video (with different music and more varied shots). If anyone else locally has a theater with different equipment and wouldn't mind me shooting some shots like these, please let me know. The music composer guys went on to have very successful professional film (and political) careers. Look it up on IMDb. I love that kind of shit.
