I wonder whether a good, long length of high tensile strength cable would bring that thing to a screeching halt when it wraps around the cutter shafts and binds.

You Tube are beta testing a new subtitle system that transcribes what it thinks the video is saying. It can make for some pretty funny translations but you have to do a few things to get them...for example: click on this trailer for 'On Golden Pond' then roll over the 'CC' link and scroll up to 'transcribe audio' then press 'OK'.
