GDC SR1000 disappearing cue list

I went to set up my playlist yesterday and no cues showed up on the list of available cues. The only cue listed was FIRE ALARM.

The cues were all listed under the Automation tab but they refused to show up on the playlist editor. Clicking on the cue entry field did nothing.

I called the tech that I deal with and he reinstalled the configuration file and then after rebooting the cues showed up as expected. (Though I lost my existing playlist and had to set that up again too.)

First time I've encountered that.

I had a fun one tonight too on our very last screening on this server in this room (though I've seen it before). When switching between loading a testing SPLs alternatingly via the console and the web interface on my tablet on a DCP2K4, occasionally I'll get it angry at me, and next load at the console refuses to to recognize a valid trusted device. This quirk has appeared on multiple software versions (this room is updated/current).

Our LAST DCP before closure... I was like "oh no you don't"... I intimidated it with a reboot (relaunching CineLister does not fix). But I knew that was a fix from encountering this before.
