After reading about the alin-o-tron device I decided to print something like it up to try to get better light out of my Super Lume-X than I was getting. I just felt like it was never "right."
After using it (and I'm not going to pretend that the laser coming out is PERFECT - It's from Amazon - but I rolled it on the ground and the laser was in "about" the same spot as I rolled it) the light seems much better and the reflector is much better lined up - I feel this is the case because it burned even MORE stuff off the back of the projector/shutter. I suck my hand in there and was almost burned and it's "only" a 1K watt bulb. Anyway - here is what it came out like. It seems like a very worthwhile tool.

The disc for the snoot to line up the front - the hole is printed so it's in the middle for sure.

The disc for the reflector hole in the back - it has a hole to line up the laser - then I glued the mirror to it when I was ready for the mirror part. The hole being printed is always in the center and "perfect"
