If such upgrades are to be in order for a HS unit to be totally effective as what Mark and Louis has mentioned, then what is present will have to remain as such being the cost factor would outweigh the 6 month seasonal run and the 3 days/week of being open - let alone some other expense issues that this 54yr old Dr-In is experiencing..
