Members of the CEA were invited by the MD to any screening of Terminator 2. Unfortunately I never had the time to attend. It is not a repurposed R31 (Mag head). However, since ORC was the owner of Century Projector corp at the time, they used JJ parts since they already existed and were in production for the sprockets, guides and pad rollers.  |  IP: Logged Sam D. They do have a very nice 70mm mag print of that title in the Dallas depot though. I've ran it. Technicolor holds print #6 to Terminator II in CDS. Even if there WERE prints that were ran on changeover, there is no guarantee that they were not built to large reels. So either way the odds are that all of the CDS print's leaders have been cut and are probably missing frames.) As such you would have to run a frame count on every reel and every splice you happen across to "conform" the 35mm print, possibly even having to insert black footage.
