I had to read the IMDB before I knew who she was, and found that she is in a couple of films that I have seen... and I still cant picture her in these films! Up and coming 'A' list actress? Carpetless? Is she now bitching about noise coming from the people above her? That officially makes her a crackpot! She's going to bitch and scream about every little noise the upstairs neighbors make and, when they finally give in, she'll move on to the neighbors on either side. When she eventually cows them, she'll start in on the people at the other end of the hallway. The next thing you know, she'll be bitching and screaming because she heard a mouse fart six blocks down the street. Basically, that means there is no such thing as being nice to her. Go ahead and let her scream. You made every good-faith measure to satisfy a reasonable demand. It appears her mom is a parish council president or something.
