I'm still thinking those larger drives are the root of this problem...  |  IP: Logged Phil Blake Jedi Master Film Handler Posts: 558 From: esperance western australia Registered: Nov 2003 posted 01-09-2010 05:51 AM                        well i have discovered that you can still run a qube with only 2 hard drives in it. only loaded Avatar back into it, and set up playlist with just feature only . we had put up 4 shows so far without a problem. meanwhile after a few calls we have been successful in requesting a new replacement . it is now on its way ... hoping this will put an end to my problems.  |  IP: Logged Geena Phillips Expert Film Handler Posts: 198 From: Norcross, GA / USA Registered: Apr 2006 posted 01-13-2010 02:04 PM                        We received a hardware upgrade from Qube last week; the primary thing it does is set the RAID status in hardware, instead of software. It also (theoretically) allows you to migrate ingested material between servers, and has some refinements on the web interface. They say they're gonna do this for everyone, Phil.
