Pictures ON people are about the dummest idea anyone has ever had...... but those suckers that get them cetainly provide an income for those that do them. Its also a health risk and for some people can affect your health over the long haul as well.... Have an uncle that had health problems AFTER getting a tatoo. Right. Personally I dont think I'd ever get a tattoo, but don't have a problem with them. I think the lamest one is the barbwire around the bicep though. At their concession counter stood a beautiful, statuesque Women who was wearing a tube top. I could see She had a full blown Octopus tattooed on Her back which I began admiring. We struck up a conversation and She asked if I would like to see where two of the tentacles reached. I'm no fool & said "SURE"! She pulled up Her top to reveal a tenticle on each side tickling the bottom of each (Beautiful) breast! SOLD! WHOOPIE! Personally I think tattoos look kind of trashy (as in "white trash"), but whatever. To each their own. Tattoos definitely look better on a guy than a girl. I certainly agree with Joe on all accounts. Tatoos can't be a hobby unless you're covered in them. Sorry but one tatoo doesn't make it any sort of hobby. Now the tatooist's job can certainly be a hobby. They do sort of place someone over on the "white trash" arena as Joe mentioned . Brad is too small to get any tatoo! Its funny that you mention that because I've known several WW-2 vets that got tatoos. Two of them were stone drunk when they got them and wished they never had them. Of course those good ole guys are all dead now. I think that when those that have them mature more and grow older you'll feel the same way. Kyle, Hobbies, Sure, real ones though........ I can see Tattoos as art and could understand why some would want that...though it is certainly NOT for me. Piercing..that I don't get...punching holes in oneself to dangle stuff or merely stick a stud on just makes no sense to me. I agree with the piercing thing though. Even guys wearing earings in their ears to me is a somewhat girly trait. One day back when I worked at GTS I looked up from my desk only to see a punker with a zillion rings in his chin and cheeks. Now I just couldn't contain myself and I had to ask him what it was like when he took a mouthful of water....... I could only imagine that he looked like a sprinkler head! Allison, The "Robbie The Robot" one is ok but the other needs to be upgraded for sure..... I think Robbie is saying "Danger.... Allison Parsons" .
