Allison, The "Robbie The Robot" one is ok but the other needs to be upgraded for sure..... I think Robbie is saying "Danger.... Allison Parsons"
Yeah Mark, my Maxamillian one (robot from the Black Hole FYI) does need some retouching. Plus, it doesn't help that that tattoo looks a bit distorted since my arm was in a weird position when I took the picture. Just be glad I didn't take a picture of my piercings haha [Smile]

Wait wait...I don't smoke, and smoking causes cancer...

Smokers are complete retards who contribute nothing to society!

No offense meant to smokers -but those who are militant to defend the filthy and expensive habit YOU ARE A FUCKING RETARD!!!!!

I work for a company with fewer than 20 employees. Our health insurance premiums this year just for employees (and not any family members included) topped $50,000. That's thanks largely to selfish fucking smokers and people who insist on eating all kinds of fatty fucking shit.

Between 70% and 80% of people admitted to hospitals are there for reasons they could have prevented. Smoking and eating wrong are the main faults.

I swear, Ron White -the guy from the Blue Collar Comedy Tour sensation- may be funny. But he sure as fuck needs to pay 100% of the tab when he needs a quadruple fucking bypass surgery because he ate too much meat. Yeah sure, vegetarians may be pussies. But they aren't going to bankrupt a Goddamned business via really fucking irresponsible, selfish assinine lifestyles. Ron can laugh all he wants. But he needs to pay his own way to back up the bullshit he spouts, the fat fuck.

Over 2/3 of obese people in the United States have NO health insurance. Most smokers have no health insurance as well. When they have a heart attack, a stroke or get lung cancer. WE pay for it. Our employers pay for it. Our insurance premiums skyrocket. It gives those greedy fucking hospital administrators an excuse to give all their folks another 20% pay raise every damned year. Everyone else who doesn't work for a hospital gets bent over for another fist fuck.

I'm sorry, but I simply will not be made to have any acceptance for anyone who chooses in this day and age to smoke by choice or eat all kinds of filthy fatty shit by choice. Fuck them.

Just about every selfish macho asshole in that category has no means to cover the costs for his bullshit. He lets the rest of us pick up the tab for his "lifestyle choice." Fuck all that.

In Britain we force smokers to pay for it by slapping an enormous tax on each packet of fags. The idea is that this money goes into our state funded healthcare service, the National Health Service, so that when smokers do get ill, they've already been forced to pay their dues. The same applies to alcohol, too; although the tax isn't as big.

quote:
Let's see...I don't drink, and drinking causes liver problems and other health issues...

Drinking is the stupidest thing ever!

I've got more of a problem with smoking than drinking. Smoking doesn't just harm the smoker: anyone else who breathes the smoke in is at risk, too. With alcohol, you only risk direct physical harm to yourself. You can't get liver disease if you're sitting next to me in the pub drinking orange juice while I'm putting away large G & Ts. Furthermore, there is increasing evidence to show that alcohol used in moderation can beneficial health effects: for example, a recent study in France showed that combined with a diet that is high in fruit and fish, it can reduce the risk of heart disease. About the only positive thing which can be said of smoking is that many smokers claim that it's an effective stress relief device: but I've always found that the large G & T achieves that just as well as anything!

I have no problem with smokers, as long as after they inhale, they don't exhale.

And stick their cigarette somewhere where between puffs that doesnt affect me, like up their A**

At least we're all open-minded and accepting of others here, huh?
Unless they don't like tattoos.

As long as it's not illegal, there's nothing you can do about it. Funny how some will defend another's right to repulse... unless it's something they don't agree with.

As opposed to eating it by force? That's such a conceited, narrow-minded and intolerant statement. We love you, too.

Back to topic: We can all learn a lesson from this guy. He didn't drink, smoke, cuss, or have any tattoos; he protected us from the bad guys who did! Brownie points for those under 40 who can name him!

But he looks like he might be into small boys and wouldn't have any problem distributing polio-infected blankets to natives...

Smoking is definitely a nasty habit (which I also have), but what cracks me up, especially here in California, is how so many people are so militantly anti-smoking, then they get into their massively oversized cars and proceed to exhale more toxic waste into the athmosphere than an army of chain smokers. If they were really that conerned about the side-effects, then they would campaign for people to drive smaller cars and organize a vast net of public transport. Most people drive around in big trucks and SUVs, but they don't haul anything around except for themselves.

I know this is from the last page, but I'm curious how "aviation and space" can be a hobby while "tattoos" can't? There are plenty of magazines/journals, trade shows, chat rooms ... etc for each. If a hobby is only something that one can actively "collect and trade with their friends" (and I'm assuming printed materials about the subject are not allowed to be included in the trade ... otherwise there would be no problem with tattoos as a hobby) then ... hmmm, I'll trade you Haley's comet for the ring around Uranus.

Wasn't that Buffalo Bill (Bob?) character from Silence of the Lambs a collector of tattoos? Lol. Ok bad joke as he just collected women's skin but still. [Roll Eyes]

"But he looks like he might be into small boys and wouldn't have any problem distributing polio-infected blankets to natives..." Ohhhhh Boy! That's a pic of William Boyd as Hopalong Cassidy. From accounts I've read Mr.Boyd was a VERY moral 2-fisted type a guy and would have cleaned Michaels' clock with lightning speed for even whispering the above! [Big Grin]

They have VERY high taxes over here to but not high enogugh in my opinion. I also don't think ANY of thet tax base makes it back into the health system.

Well, one tatoo hardly constitutes collecting anything. So having just one is not really a hobby. I have tons of books on Space and Aviation and used to fly on a pretty regular basis, so yes, its definately a hobby! Also Wolf coulda been drunk at the time and his buddies put him up to it.... like those two late WW-2 vets that I knew.

Now more than one may constitute a hobby so lets say that Allison is on her way to owning a tatoo collection. One might consider it collecting art of some form and collecting things is a hobby.

Bobbie,

Some days I am not sure why you post here... you're not in this buisness. Now just how do you know his weight problem is from bad eating habbits? Buy howdy..... don't get me going on the whys of why people might be larger that you! Many people are large because thats the way they were born, its in their genes, ever consider that this might just be Ron Whites cause. Some have glandular problems and some, like me have developed bad eating habits that stem from the type of work we do. Eat and run to the next service call and so on.

When you sit at your comfortable fucking desk and get to go out to a place thats serves fucking healthy food for lunch every fucking day at any fucking place you want or bring in a supply of healthy fucking food from fucking home with you every fucking day perhaps you'll think of us poor fucking slobs that work daily to keep up fucking schedules in which we can't always fucking eat as well as we'd like to. I want only fucking healthy food right fucking now! But remember that we also keep the screens operating where you enjoy seeing films. A good example is my boss. He was not fat, ate pretty carefully on a daily basis but he also had to have a quadruple bypass a few years back. There are LOTS of others that are not fat that endure this same surgery so don't just blame smokers and large people. It could happen to anyone including fucking you!

William Boyd was also a smart business man. He owned his feature films and made a mint re-editing them for television [Cool]

Richard,

I think you'll find that most of the old cowboy actors were good people overall ad then there was also Will Rodgers too.

I think somebody ELSe should take control and move that discussion somewhere more private - not that I can't take seeing expressions of strong feelings, but, please, a little decorum?
