The most famous of them is the Michigan Theatre in Detroit. But the majestic STUDIO theatre in Studio City, CA was made into a bookstore and the LAKE theatre where I grew up in Walled Lake, MI was turned into a bowling alley. Shame, for this grand palace in SLC to be converted to this store. What a shame!! It would be very upsetting to me if I lived near that place.
