The most recent concert I went to was Friday, March 16 at Tom Cat's in Deep Ellum in Dallas, TX. It featured a bunch of underground artists. The show was called "Rise of the American Riff Raff." The show opened up with a performance from The Phrozen Body Body (who I happen to know personally, before he became a rapper). My boy, Gerald (that's his real name), tore the roof off that place. Then, some guy named Bouncie got on stage, but nobody was feeling his set. The crowd was dead. He only did a couple songs, and then he walked off the stage and left. I guess he lived up to his name, 'cause he bounced! Then, Bloodshot got on stage and totally schooled it!
After Bloodshot was Lavey. I've never heard of Lavey before this concert, but he put on a badass show! Then, out came Big Slack & Ill. This was my second time seeing them in concert, and they were the shit! Next was the underground legend, McNastee, who tore the roof off as always! Shy One was next. This was my first time seeing him in concert, and he was the shit! He was jumping off the speakers and everything. After Shy One, Major and the Usual Suspects did their set, and they were pretty tight. Then, for the finale, McNastee, Big Slack & Ill, Shy One, and Lavey all did a set together! It was a bad ass show!!!
I was so proud of The Phrozen Body Boy! That's my homie! This was his third show ever! It was his first show in our hometown of Dallas! His first two shows were in Tulsa, OK. Ya'll need to check him out: www.myspace.com/thephr0zenbodyboy
The next concert I'm going to will be on Sat. May 19 at the Palladium Ballroom in Dallas. It will be ICP and Twiztid together on the same tour! Fuck Yeah!!! I can't wait for that!

Mike and Tim, we could have the most awesomest slumber party! I love all that stuff--had to learn to enjoy KISS because of my cousin Mikey.
The last concert I attended was Cher at Madison Square Garden during her farewell tour. A year before that was...Cher...you guessed it, during her farewell tour. This time in Philadelphia. Apparently, she really likes long goodbyes.
In Philly, Cyndi Lauper opened for her, and she was amazing! Then at some point during the tour, she broke her leg or something, and in MSG, Comedian Dom Irrera opened.
Preferred Cyndi over Dom, but either way, great show.
