Looks like a flat banner or some other kind of non-lighted panel (Econolite, DiBond, etc.). Here is one for Lake Mills, Iowa with the theatre in it. I'm watching. EDIT: Looks like someone just opened for business. A door swung open, was propped open by some guy in a white shirt (it's after Labor Day, btw) and half a dozen people flocked in. EDIT 2: Looks like a guy with a wheelchair had a few issues because he couldn't get around the door. EDIT 3: Guy in a red shirt just jaywalked. He's going to hell. EDIT 4: Some people walked by but didn't go into the theater. Therefore your business is doomed to fail.
