Can I ask why you chose to do that, just out of curiosity? Everything Beth read about labor is how much the environment at the time affects the mother's reaction to labor. Since she's very self conscious about her body, she felt that perhaps being here in the comfort of our home, her body would be more inclined to "let go" and let it happen. She also knew that here she would have more ability to move into different positions, have a snack, take a shower, do whatever to ease discomfort - not be sequestered to a hospital room or bed. We had a pair of state licensed midwifes present who have been developing a relationship with us for the past 6 months and have been providing home birth services for 37 years. In short, it was everything she wanted and turned out exactly how she had hoped. If you want to chat further about it offline. Not sure why, since we plan on getting a Mark 3 later this year. Anyway I don't like the body layout/setup as much as the 7D. Watch out for a bug which erases some of your recordings after you power it down. Unfortunately, they were discontinued some time ago, and they don't come up often. Even when they do, their size and weight make it difficult to buy from anyone not local. Now that I finally have a space that could use some floorstanding speakers, I decided to pursue a pair. After striking out a couple of times, I found some VR1's at a very reasonable price. While they don't reach as low as the VR3's and they are two-way instead of three-way, they have the same tweeters and they sound pretty good!  |  IP: Logged
