Posts: 10973 From: Lawton, OK, USA Registered: Apr 2001 posted 09-27-2010 10:21 PM                     The prevailing thing is Android-based devices give you more choices on how to move and manage your data and a little more versatility with using the device in general. I can retrieve an audio, image or data file off my phone via USB cable, using the removable MicroSD card (iPhones don't have flash card slots), using Bluetooth, using WiFi or even e-mailing the file as an attachment. And that's without having to use an application like iTunes, Windows Media Player or something else that would attempt to govern how you can move, copy and delete files. One minor limitation: if you have an Android phone attached to a computer as an external disc drive the phone may not be able to display/play media files stored on the MicroSD card (my Evo 4G doesn't).
