We do have a distributor in Cleveland that actually has both!! So if you want the Coke with the Mug Rootbeer, Mountain Dew, etc....they cansend you the other stuff.....they mostly service bars. To me, there is NO argument.... All of God's creatures prefer Coke all the way! Only wusses like Pepsi! The ONLY time I would consider supplying Pepsi is when that pussy-ass Daryl comes to visit! Note: I do NOT condone nor approve of any POS Pepsi soft-drink....It would be just an accommodation much like if I were to have a blanket available for Manny cuz his whimpy-ass is cold. I am extremely partial to a theatre that sells Coke. I think it goes well with the popcorn and candy. The only disadvantage is the fact that Mountain Dew doesn't come with it. While I personally don't care for Dew, many younger people love it. Mellow Yellow is a bitch to order special when you're part of a large chain. In fact, a couple of years ago we lost all non-carbonated Coke products such as Hi-C, Hi-C Pink Lemonade, and Raspberry Nestea. Company said it didn't sell well enough. The one thing Pepsi can't come close to is Cherry Coke. We do Pepsi at our theatres. Pepsi treats us small operators much better than do the Coke people-who wants the huge accounts. Shoot, even Coke even had their own finance company, CCFC, which supplied the monies to Crapalex Odeon to buy their Strong booth stuff in the early days. I'm sure when you travel around all over the country and throughout the states, you would see that the small stores would be advertizing Pepsi on the side or front of the stores-never Coke. While I prefer Coca-Cola for myself, I prefer Pepsi at our theatre. I never got any service from Coke, Pepsi takes care of me!
