We also get that from time to time. So long as people are civil, we don't mind explaining (again) that the movies don't always stay here until they get around to showing up.
We don't generally answer the ones who get nasty. If it's bad enough, we boot them & move on.
Dave, I think we look at "the rules" in much the same way. I know an owner in another state, who has all of his rules posted before and after you pass through the boxoffice. There are so many "don'ts" there, you're paranoid before you get parked.
So long as you apply them consistently, common sense rules shouldn't need to be plastered all over the place.
