I always knew who one fo the girls was I was just never sure if she was J1 or J2 in his conversations. Anyhow I can not stand a guy who is dating more than 1 girl at a time at trying tell both them there the only one in his life. Just ask Tim. I called this one guy spaceman in middle school because he had a dallas cowboys jacket that looked like aluminum foil. Long after the jacket was gone and long after I called him that he was still being addressed as that, to this day in fact. I had to go back to your original post to see what the original question was. I live in the Far East in Japan and every Sunday morning they have musical talent shows for young people on TV. These are the commercial networks and not only the "PBS type". On these shows young people who have written their own music are allowed to come on and show their stuff. There is no competition and no scores are given. No glitz and no fanfare just a very respectable venue. What always amazed me was that over 90% of these young people are female and they are extraordinarily good at what they do. It may have something to do with females being better at math (and music is mathmatical). Either that or the boys have their minds on baseball. Ages run from about 7 to early twenties. You can tell these young performers were not forced against their will and took up music for the sheer love of it. Their determination and dedication shows through all the way and it is just amazing in my eyes. To answer your question, yes, I think it is a turn on to see a woman put her heart and soul into something, especially music. It is the concentration part that is most mesmerizing. That she also is attractive is just an added plus and not a requirement. What I love the most? Female on country fiddle. Don't know why it just happens that way. BTW you took alot of heat in this thread as it wandered all over the place. Hope you don't let it get to you. At least you got to know some of these people on FT a little better.
