Jen, you are quite good at this. You keep this up and you won't be starving.

Is this your goal in life?

Paul, for the time being it's just the major I've chosen to go towards (Computer art/illustration). This class was just part of the requirements to achieve that. I'm taking a computer graphic art class and a life drawing class next semester. But to answer your question... its not exactly my goal in life. Film is... [Big Grin]

A single panel from a comic I used to draw in high school during classes instead of paying attention and/or doing work that was required to pass the class.

Well, I managed to use the less-than-spectacular digital camera my folks have to snag a picture of one of my more recent paintings.

This one was done for my mom as a mother's day present (nearly) two years ago.

 -

I gave it a digital frame after cropping the background of the photo out.
Yes, the actual painting has a bit more detail and texture than the photo shows... metallic paint just doesn't take the best picture!

That is a sad fact and most of it started with my generation and has rapidly deteriorated through the next generation. I am glad that I went through some of the things I did early in life that landed me in the company of folks that were old enough to be my grandparents when I was ages 12 through 19. This kept me away from the bad influences that has affected the majority of my generation.

To all the drawers at there, you are awesome. I takes a special tallent to draw like that and you all have it. Capitolize on it.
