I get pissy when things like that trailer bit happens. Not because of having to do them. I don't mind that per-se, if I'm on when its time, I do them. I get pissed when the person that should have done them didn't. I hate doing other people's jobs becase they get lazy. Finally, now that I'm managment, I can do something about that, and have. I'm not mean, I give warnings and the person a chance to correct it, often even twice. But if it happens again, and I already told them "If I have to do it for you, it'll be a write up", and they still fail to perfom, I'll write them up in a hearbeat. I don't do that for people that can't do it, I'm not inhumane. I managed to snap off a few quick pics before the sun went down. For whatever it's worth, the trailers in question didn't arrive until Saturday. (Guess who works there on Thursday nights and normally does makeup, breakdown, and trailer changes in about 5-7 hours?) Allison--that's even better than the one that I had this week, whose handle disintegrated while I was carrying it down the stairs, causing the contents of the box to spill all over the place.
