Otherwise this could happen: The medical term for it is subconjunctival hemorrhage. I thought this was the sort of thing that would only come from a really serious poke in the eye or strangulation. Thursday night I breathed in some sort of particulates up into my sinuses and got a really serious allergy attack. My right nostril closed up but I insisted on blasting air through it with all my might until I was satisfied whatever pollen or other shit up my nose had left. Friday morning when I was getting ready for work I looked in the mirror and had a nice "WTF" reaction.
