No matter, still a neat photo. It is a real photo but at issue is whether or not it is taken in a real smoking lounge.

That's exactly what it looks like. Besides, I can't imagine a business wanting to tick off their customers with something like that - they're already segregating them. And there are no laws saying smoking areas must be provided.
