In fact that shot is part of the title sequence from My Neighbor Totoro (Tonari no Totoro) . Those shots are from a recent concert performance by Joe Hisaishi of his music for all of Hayao Miyazaki's Studio Ghibli films. These days Hisaishi is the resident pops conductor of the New Japan Philharmonic Orchestra, which was augmented for this concert to become the "World Dream Orchestra" with 200 musicians, 800 chorus members, and 100 marching band members. The closing piece was the theme from My Neighbor Totoro.
