Missed his OD'ing , or the fact that he was buried in his poo'd pants? [Smile]

There hasnt' been an AIDS death in the rock community for quite some time as well.

The only band worth living for (for me, at least) is the Insane Clown Posse! I live, breathe, and die ICP. I am a juggalo. If you don't know what a juggalo is, then don't ask me, because you wouldn't understand. Their music has really changed my life. It's changed the way I think. Their music has really got me through some tough times. On May 19, I'm gonna see them in concert (for the 8th time) here in Dallas! In August, I'm going to the 8th annual Gathering of the Juggalos (which is the third gathering I've attended). Just like they say in their song, "Take Me Away. . . "

I live for. . .
THE CARNIVAL!
I die for. . .
THE CARNIVAL!
I pray for. . .
THE CARNIVAL!
Please take me away!
TAKE ME AWAY!

I miss GG Allin. I haven't been the same since he overdosed. Made Marilyn Manson look like a schoolgirl.

OMG I had forgotten about him! [Eek!] Saw a videotape of his perfomance, and almost [puke] So glad I never experienced him in person, not being the sort who enjoys being urinated or bled upon. GG vowed that he'd kill himself onstage and take some of the audience with him. His overdose was a bit anticlimactic.

We sell quite a bit of the ICP music. Their fans are more fantatical than most, I'd say.

Don't know what meaning Coldplay has but here is a quote from Wikipedia concerning Switchfoot.

"According to Jon Foreman, the name "Switchfoot" is a surfing term. "We all love to surf and have been surfing all our lives so to us, the name made sense. To switch your feet means to take a new stance facing the opposite direction. It's about change and movement, a different way of approaching life and music"."

Now you know. [thumbsup]

Or just go here for the lowdown. [Smile]

Coldplay — they took their name from a band they knew when the original Coldplay broke up. The band we now know as Coldplay was called "Starfish." The original Coldplay got their name from the poetry book "Child's Reflections, Cold Play" by Philip Horky.

One of the reasons why I love Switchfoot:
Meant to live acoustic

Their positive message... its uplifting. [thumbsup]

It's like a dittohead, except they like ICP instead of Rush Limbaugh.

Or I guess you could be fans of both, in which case you'd be a juggahead. (Or a dittalo.) [Big Grin]

Something tells me that if you did a Venn diagram of the two groups of people, they would be far, far apart, no overlap...

I thought it was a person who juggled gigolos. As if juggling bowling balls, hatchets and flaming pins wasn't challenging enough.
