There is a cop at the door and asks if he might come in. The man invites the officer in and the cop, looking quite distressed takes a few steps over to a small table by the door, picks up a picture on the table of a woman and asks, "Sir, is this your wife? The man replies "Yes, yes it is....why do you ask?" The cop hesitates and finally says, "Sir, I have to tell you, it looks like your wife got hit by a truck."
