I don't know Mike, pushing 2K out to a 75ft screen....sure the screen size might be impressive, but won't the image quality be stretched to the upper limits here?
As far as the 10 station "Star Trek" looking concessions island, that seems to be the trend -- huge, beautiful, awe-inspiring, block long, stainless steel and glass concessions malls and then you walk past them and into these ho-hum, utilitarian, characterless screening rooms. OK, I guess that's understandable given which space makes the profit.
