I saw Watchmen on what Warren Theaters says is a 80' wide screen. Saw,"Towering Inferno" in one of those houses. Then one house got split and ruined that side with small screens and crappy presentation. But kept the other one intact. Then, they tripled the other side to make a 5plex and it was then approaching to look pretty shabby. Then, it came down and Cinemark built a 16plex there and revived the movie going traffic in that part of town.. As I was told, Cinemark didn't want to work with the WMH lease arrangement, so the Syufy family retained ownership of those three theaters. They have been renamed the Winchester 21, 22, and 23. Posts: 3836 From: Albuquerque, NM Registered: Feb 2000 posted 05-30-2009 12:01 PM                        Driving through my old neighborhood the other day, I spotted a banner on a high-end mall construction site announcing a future Village Roadshow Gold Class Cinema 'plex going up on the NE corner of Rampart and Alta, right across the street from the Cinemark Suncoast 16. Don't know how many screens, or if this project is really going to happen - the site looks like construction has halted for now, like a lot of other 'Vegas projects.
