According to the Warren Theaters web site when the theater opens its two "Grand Infinity" auditoriums will be the first two auditoriums in the United States to feature 4K laser-based projection. Additionally, they'll have maxed out 64-channel Dolby Atmos equipped sound systems. I think I'll have to pay that place a visit sometime soon.
I wonder if Warren will add Atmos to any of its existing theaters, like the one in Moore.
Meanwhile, here in Lawton, Carmike is making significant progress on its new 13-screen complex. It will have 12 standard priced theaters and one premium priced giant screen theater. I don't know yet if it will be a "Big D" house or an IMAX-branded house.
