Nope. Working out simply gets me ehausted with no gain, even over a long term period. My Body simply will not add any mass, whether muscle, or fat. Protien shakes, different diets, opposite diets, just about every trick known to mand just frustrates me, costs money, and sometime only causes me to lose weight. Had a thyroid test, turned up fine. I consume over 6000 calories a day, and can't gain a pound over 135. I'm not on buspar, since the Dr. hoped it was just anxiety. Guess what, I'm losing weight on that. So there's something seriously wrong, and so far no answers. And really this is the wrong thread for all of this, so may need to move itif this discussion continues any further.
