For those unfortunates that can't read the above, it says "Aviation Meteorological Report for Las Vegas, NV on the 14th at 0356 UTC (7:56pm PST), wind from 260 degrees at 4 knots, prevailing visibility 10 statute miles, scattered clouds with bases at 25,000', temperature 7 degrees Celcius (45degF), dewpoint 4 degrees Celcius (39degF), barometric pressure 30.17 inches of Mercury. Remarks: Automated observation with precipitation descriminator, sea level barometric pressure 1022.3 hectoPascals (millibars), temperature 6.7degC, dewpoint 4.4degC, equipment needs maintenance."
