It's next to the real version of the sign. The study was not limited to water though...the claim was drowning within a liquid or that drowning was defined as repritory failure due to a liquid...so lets ban all liquids...after all...lives are at stake here! The scary thing is that while the above was taken and given in jest...there are people that "think" that way...if we can just save one life...it is worth denying everyone else a more enjoyable life.
