LOL Richard, before everyone jumps in and decries the equipment as subpar, we know the lamp is capable of lighting a screen and we know the projector is capable of putting a picture on it. My experience with your platter is limited and I found a lot not to like but in general it was capable of paying out and taking up film mostly without scratching. That leaves the lenses. As for sound, well, if you're in DTS most of the time then we need not worry about the Smart's A chain and processing only the EQ. Amps are what most people are using. Dunno about the speakers. It looks like it was salvaged from the bottom of the ocean. I hate it when people abuse good equipment (not saying that _you_ were responsible for any of thing...just that it's sad to see when it happens). At least the sound rack looks like a more-or-less quality installation, even if the SMART box isn't the greatest processor. That makes it all the more wrong. Richard, did your theater not approve of keeping payout arms on each brain?
