A GK-37 in Scotland with no reserve price. Could be useful to someone for spares, I guess.

The M1000 like the original lumex had a reflector that was designed for 16mm
I'll give you 10:1 odds the ORC inside the Ashcraft isn't set up for 16mm.

Wouldn't you need three of them, though?

Now if screenwriters could write jokes this funny, there'd be worth something to see at the movies.

My initial post was a joke... I know what Cinerama is, and what is being offered in that auction. And the difference between the two. [Wink]

Long Link

For those who need rocks for their gardens and have money to burn. In Pounds, not dollars, mind you. They ship world wide too.

Interesting, that GK37 is NOT in St Andrews, it's in Rosyth, I know this becaus I looked at it there 3 days ago. It's in a surplus disposals place, with no price on it, I suspect someone is trying to auction it on Ebay for whatever they can get for it before actually buying it from the disposals place. There is a Kinoton FP20ST in the same sale.

In that case the Navy could buy it and use bits of the casing to patch up their Trident submarines. Those GKs are built so solidly that I'm sure they'd be ideal for the purpose! [Big Grin]

(Seller's thoughts as he set the asking price:) Please pass me some MORE of that I-30 stuff!

It seems like this is the same stuff I was talking with the owner about 2 or 3 years ago.

While I'd like to have it all (the lamphouses are kewl!), this stuff is at least $4k over-priced. Seller needs to get a clue.
