As of October 13, 2006 20:40, I no longer have a MySpace. I know that some of you had friended me on there. It was nothing against any friends on there. I jsut determined that the account was more of a liability than an asset.

I'm on LiveJournal (a superior system) with userid chriscrap21718 Remove the crap, since I don't want my screen name and real name on the same public WWW page.

All I can say is WOW!, Flapdaddy lost ALMOST EXACTLY like Myspace. If the sites aren't actually associated with eachother, then I deffinatly see some copyright issues.

Myspace was one of the top five most popular sites in 2005, but one should take into account the fact that people who use it (like me) end up checking it obsessively, so I doubt it's getting a lot of unique visitors. I don't know if they counted it by unique visitors, or number of total hits.

Ironically, in 2006 it was voted the number 1 worst website, because most of the pages on the site (you're allowed to edit your own html and .css to make your profile look better/worse) don't conforom to the W3 standard. Not to mention that it's glitchy, crashy, slow, and has more users than bandwidth available during peak usage times.

I was on it slightly before they went corporate, and noticed that it always worked better then. Now it's improved but for a while it was pretty bad.

Anyone know how to upload an mp3 to your music player to change your song, or is the only way to change the song is to add it from someone else's page?

You can link to an mp3 you have uploaded off site and have it autoplay, just like a video. Don't know how to do it but I have seen other people do it.

Is anyone else getting a bunch of totally bullshit friend requests?

I log into my profile for the first time since I don't know when and I have all these supposedly female friend requests. They all talk about loving to play volleyball and drinking Corona. If I click on their picture it asks for me to install the "Myspace Adult Profile Content Viewer." Fuck all that. I will install NOTHING. Absolutely none of it. Never. Come to my house and I'll initiate a gunfight over it. Geez!!!!
[Mad]

And so many uber-sized corporations are wanting to buy MySpace? Too much more of this bullshit and I'll opt out of my profile. I have a decent number of friends in my friends list, but they are real friends. The porn companies can get their heads caved in by a ball pean hammer for all I care. Screw 'em.

You can shange the settings so that anyone requesting to be added to your friends list has to know your last name or your email address.

Yeah I mean, who cares... all you have to do is delete the requests, takes 2 seconds, what's the point of getting worked up about it.

Well, our Grand-Poopie-BAH decided to set up a page for me against my will... you know, sorta like the "affection" bestowed upon me by my priest when I was an altar boy.

Anyway, I guess I need to modify the pertinent information to make it reasonably correct.

SO, Bottom Line: I joined the ranks of all yous that have lowered yourselves to Brad's low-life level...and I don't even live in Rockwall!

OBTW: I have NO idea of how to log onto my MySpace "profile" to modify and correct Brad's perverted postings about my wholesome self! HA!

So sad you had to have me make it for you since you can't figure it out on your own!!!

I told you your login info already...I will email it again ya dork!

By the way, does anyone know how to make it so that other people's stupid music does NOT play when I visit their pages? I remember a setting and it worked for awhile, but now everyone's stupid music plays. [Mad]

AS!!!! I already told you and others many times, I had NO desire to make a page there! But, as I read what you created for me, I though it pretty funny.

I already logged on and changed the password YOU forced on ME! JERK!

While I was against you at 1st, I read it and generally liked it. (God Dammit! I HATE to admit when I wrong!)

Anyway, I will modify it to reflect MY true opinions and persona!

In the mean time, fuck off! [Wink]

You just need more friends on your myspace, that's all. Perhaps other FT'ers will send you some friend requests.
