You guys are correct... 419eater.com is just about the only site that is guaranteed to make me fall out of my chair laughing every time I go there. [thumbsup]

I can't resist posting just one more...

(Last one, I promise [Smile] The rest, eighty some pages worth, are in the trophy room on 419eater.com)

It's hilarious what they do, click on the link Mark provided and read the FAQ and the Home link, it explains a little of the story behind the site and the scams that the Nigerians pull on people.

Basically to summarize..."419 scams" are those email scams saying "Your uncle died and left you 150 million dollars, you just have to claim it, and to do that, send a $10,000 deposit and proof that you're you and we'll get the money right to you" sort of things, and a lot of them are run out of Nigeria...so what these people do is say "Sure, I'll send that money right over, but as a sign of good faith, hold up this ridiculous sign and send a picture of it to prove that you're you!" and then once they send it, post it online, laugh, and never talk to them again. Just saying "screw you" to the guys trying to cheat people out of money.

The really good reverse-scammers have even gotten the scammers to send them money! It's fantastic.

The Nigerian Scam has become the third-largest industry in that country.

..that 419eater site is friggen hilarious...with some of those scambaiter stories (like the Church of the Red Breast..LOL .. that was some excellent BS'ing that I've ever read...). True though, don't try to yank any money out of these clowns, but mess up their mind and have fun with them is good enough for them to leave you alone.. - Monte
