It was very nice, indeed. That little Bindy was surely impressive. I almost couldn't make it through her beautiful (and perfectly delivered) tribute to her dad. The torch has been passed, it seems.

Edit: I've been informed her name is spelled "Bindi" .. not Bindy. Sorry about that.

I don't understand why The Wiggles were there
They did a song and a video many years ago dedicated to steve, I can not remember the title, it was probably called Crikey.

What I dont understand is why was Cameron Diaz involved?

I too was surprised by how moving the ceremony was.

RIP

Bindy's tribute was impressive indeed, both for her words and her composure in delivering them.

I watched the interview with Terri Irwin last night on 20/20. Anyone who does not understand why there was such a public outpouring over Steve's death should have watched the interview. It would have given someone a very in-depth view of the Irwin family and why they do what they do.

Given his line of work and what seemed like a million close calls (at least on the TV) It's amazing he made it this long. We always liked watching him. Most of the time it was pretty white knuckle stuff, seeing those wild critters lunging for him. RIP
