None of those cars looks of newer vintage than the early sixties... For Allison - Not near Tokyo, but do you mean this one? Not constructed yet, but it is planned for late September with the dedication ceremony on October 4th. It will be in Wakamatsu Park in Kobe, about 270 miles of Tokyo. Tetsujin #28 represents the spirit and revitalization of Kobe, now recovered from the 1995 earthquake that killed some 5,500 people there.
