You want to know something REALLY gross? The photo was marked "SEP 58." That means if you add 51 to her age when the photo was taken you'll get her age today. I can't imagine that she was a day under 30 in that photo. Probably pushing 40. Let's be generous and say she was 35. The girls get a bottle of liquid latex and paint the stuff on the nipple and areola. Apparently they have to re-apply the stuff at least a couple or so times during the evening because any sweat or humid air makes the stuff wear off after awhile. This law is a hold over from the old days where the dancers had to wear pasties. The law is buried in Oklahoma's health code now. But it's all about morality. The latex makes it so the girls aren't technically showing off any full nudity. But you see right through the latex anyway. The racial stereotypes are usually positive: great at math & science, much better focus and work ethic than honkeys and most white guys fantasize about Asian women.
