Heres an actual billboard that advertises the ability for the hospital to perform brain surgury on patients and release them the same day. And then coach a baseball team

Bobby, I guess Julia is jealous of how successful Sandra's 2009 has been, so she's changed her look.

I've probably got a dozen more photos like these but none as weirdly wonderful as the last. They are all standard cheesecake shots.

I was scanning a bunch of old negatives when I found a box of Kodachrome slides my father left. There are several cheesecakes among the bunch. Some were taken by my father. Others, I don't know where they came from. They are all in varying conditions. Some are pristine. Others are faded and dirty like the one I posted.

The point of the exercise was to see how much I can clean up and restore old photographs.

The sword fight girl was so faded that it looked almost like it was a sepia toned image. I was able to scan it into Photoshop as a 16-bit image and tweak the color to get them back to the level I showed you. I still have to figure out if I can physically clean the slide then use digital techniques to remove the rest of the flaws.

It's always more fun to practice these things when you have a more interesting subject to work on. Isn't it? [Big Grin]
