We are under explicit instructions never EVER put your hands on a patron, even if they've plopped themselves down in a seat with no ticket or in a high priced section that the ticket they paid for, you can't physically remove them. You need a police officer there to do it. That came from CUNY's legal team. And with good reason. Other performing arts centers have gotten into it an lost big time. Such is the unfortunate state of our litigious society.
