That Oscar statuette was awarded to Kay Rose for Sound Effects Editing on "The River." She passed away in 2002 and her daughter brought the award to work (USC) for the students to pose with on the night of their first public screenings. It was a real of Social Network and we were missing the airpot in the reader which did not help things. It sounded fine.  |  IP: Logged
