When did they post this? I didn't remember seeing it, and I've looked through a month's worth of their Facebook posts, and couldn't find a mention of it.
I also looked on the official Marcus web site for any information related to Toy Story 3 in 7.1, and found nothing.
Michael, thanks for the list, but the general public is never going to know this information because not many theaters are deciding not to publicize it.
From your list, I was able to find one theater publicizing it on their web site (Premiere Oaks Stadium 10). If I were the studios, I'd look at how this been handled when making decisions about supporting (theatrical) 7.1 in the future.
The one redeeming thing about this is that Disney has always been pretty good about delivering great sound mixes on their home video releases, so if people aren't going to be able to get 7.1 sound in the theater, they'll likely be able to get it at home.
