If it is, Dick told me it was in working condition. btw, Carl, I saw a what appeared to be a complete AW1 platter system at the Urban Ore salvage in Berkeley last sunday. Not sure if it's of interest to you or anyone. I have no idea what the price is.  |  IP: Logged Monte L Fullmer Film God Posts: 8367 From: Nampa, Idaho, USA Registered: Nov 2004 posted 01-14-2010 11:07 PM                     the Christie 35 is still in use in many locations (I tend one 4plex that has both - a Christie 35 and has two of the the CH-10 consoles which are only designed to run CXL-10, 1kw bulbs). Belts are still available. Bodine motors are pretty reliable. Ultramittents are also available. Just the trap and gate parts are extinct. The place in Nebraska advertises this as a 6 channel processor but take a look at the picture and you see that many of the cards are missing. I wrote to the guy requesting that he change the ad to say it is a non functioning 6 channel processor so some podunk theater owner doesn't get taken on it. Ok, it might function as a single channel input on the external 6 track input but thats about it. I also reported it to e-bay.
