MySpace seems to have more server firepower than Tribe or Friendster (those two, especially Friendster, were excruciatingly slow). Yelp! is one social networking thing that just hasn't seemed to take off (perhaps over the current MySpace hype). However, you could take a look at one person's reviews and get a better idea of their interests and personality. The not so secret purpose of all social networking sites is FREE online dating. I'm a loser in that arena! And, so, I have profiles on several of those sites, and MySpace happens to be amongst them. Now, as for paying subscription fees?
